We deliver around Kampala, Uganda. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. We strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner while maintaining food quality and temperature.

3. Quality Assurance

All our meals are prepared using quality ingredients sourced from trusted local farmers and markets. We maintain strict hygiene standards in our kitchen and handle all orders with care.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds will be processed for valid cancellations. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve the issue.

5. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including mobile money and cash on delivery. Payment terms for large orders and corporate accounts can be arranged separately.
